Great experiences with Berkheimer for years. The team goes above and beyond...they even offered the use of their space heaters when our heat was down in a cold snap in September! It's been more than a decade of exceptional service at very reasonable rates and it has been great to feel that our local HVAC company is truly a good neighbor as well!

From the initial estimate to the installation, we have been very pleased with FM Berkheimer. The estimator discussed various options for HVAC systems and had an estimate for us the same day. The installers were professional and efficient and spent time thoroughly going over the smart thermostat and how to operate it manually or through the app. Before leaving, the technician asked if we had any immediate questions, and encouraged us to call with any questions that we might have in the coming days. So far, we have been very pleased with the performance of our new system, and are happy to be an FM Berkheimer customer!

We have been very pleased with your service. The people manning the phone were very helpful and patient answering many questions and making solid recommendations. Ian was very helpful on a home visit to discuss some difficult heating/cooling issues and made a plan of action that was very reasonable and affordable. We always had quick response time with questions and concerns. We will definitely continue to use your services and recommend you to others.

We have always had excellent experiences having Berkheimer professionals complete work at our house. It was wonderful working with Jim during the recent installation of mini splits. He provided complete information regarding the purchase of a system that would best suit our needs. The professionals installing the system were wonderful. We were expecting installation to take at least 2 days. They completed the job in under 8 hours. Work areas were left neat and clean! The mini-splits are working beautifully. We highly recommend FM Berkheimer!

We were so impressed by the gentleman who installed our unit. They were persistent in the heat and rain and meticulous in taking care of our house as they worked. We had no clue they were working after the end of each day, they cleaned up all their stuff. They kept us informed throughout the process and provided my husband with information before they left. (I may still have questions, but I will get those answers along the way). I do wish I could have had my own demo. We really could not be happier with the installation process.

The guys that were here were awesome...I can't say enough good things about them.....your company came out twice to put in freon to make us comfortable and even offer an AC unit...the salesman Jim was awesome too....everyone was...even when I went to the office to pay....you are just an awesome company and I am recommending your company to everyone!

I dealt with Jim and he came into my home not as a salesman but the feeling as someone helping me to find the best product I needed and could afford, he explained everything and was always available for questions no matter the time or day. The install team was on time and worked hard. They cleaned up after themselves and got the job done on time and in time for the heat wave! I appreciate all of their hard work. I would definitely recommend to a friend as I was referred by a friend.

I was surprised and pleased that the new system was installed in under 8 hours and without any issues. The thermostat was explained and the tech did a good job. However, there is a lot of information to digest so I would strongly suggest an owner’s manual be provided to customers as a resource.

My heat pump failed to cool last night. We woke up to a warm house. I called FM Berkheimer at 7:20am to report the problem. They were out and had it running again by about 8:35am. WOW! That is service! Fortunately it was only a bad capacitor.
I have been doing business with them for over 40 years...starting with an apartment they serviced then two new homes!
Now you know why i won't rely on anybody else. Great people and service!

I like the quality of the work, their employees, the staff up to the management, the quality of materials that they use and the cleanliness. When they perform the work, they really go out of their way. It's unbelievable. There is no spec of dust anywhere when they are done. They would be the only people I would ever go to.
